Is Mosley better than Barr?? I really don’t know; the Bucs need a sam who can be an edge-rusher, & Anthony seems to fill that role better. But Lovie Smith may love the Bama kid’s toughness & physicality.Win-win??
I think Mosley is a much more polished linebacker than Barr. Sheds blocks better, much more effective in coverage, more active hand use, etc. He’s a true 4-3 linebacker who could probably play any of the positions there. Barr, on the other hand, is more of a 3-4 rush linebacker. I don’t know if he’s an ideal fit for Lovie’s scheme.
Ummm.. Bortles may go Number 1 overall… He is NOT going 20. Just saying
I’ve heard the “Bortles first overall” rumors as well, and eventually he may find his way to the top, but based on the tape Bridgewater is the much better prospect in my opinion, so I’m going to stick with that until some more convincing evidence emerges. I think Bortles could end up in the top ten, but based on tape he’s more of a mid-first to me. Keep in mind that people like Aaaron Rodgers and Brady Quinn were considered potential #1 overall picks who slid into the twenties.
